Our Vision

To create and promote wellness and transform lives through education, inspiration, and practice. To provide simple breath, movement, and mindfulness techniques that improve health and vitality. To support clients in integrating these powerful techniques into a short daily practice.


Pacific Core merges current research in neuroscience, psychology, physiology, health, and mindfulness with traditional breath, movement, and mindfulness practices to create a simple,dynamic & inspirational Program designed to cultivate physical, mental, and emotional health.

The Pacific Core Program consists of four 60 minute seminars:

Each educational & inspirational seminar instructs participants on daily posturing, breath technique, and a simple mindfulness practice, and looks at how these daily habits and practices can create vibrant health and reverse degeneration.

Each seminar covers a different health topic and provides corresponding breath, movement, and mindfulness practices. The seminar stand alone and are offered individually or as a series.

Options for your Wellness Program:
  • One time seminar
  • Wellness Month, utilizing all four seminars in one month
  • One wellness seminar each month for four consecutive months
  • Quarterly seminar (four in one year)

The Pacific Core Program is designed for everyone! If you can breathe, you can do this. We offer our Program to corporations, businesses large and small, K-12 Schools, college groups, families, rehabilitation programs and facilities, sports teams and organizations, hospitals, prisons and more. Our intention is to bring breath, movement, and meditation to people & communities that may typically have limited access or exposure to these practices.


Pacific Core encourages all participants & clients to commit to a 30 day practice. This practice is supported through video content on our YouTube channel and a personalized materials, which are provided to each participant.
