About Us
Pacific Ashtanga Yoga Shala is located in Dana Point, California, midway between San Diego and Los Angeles It is the only authorized, traditional Ashtanga Yoga Shala in Orange County.
Director and Instructor Diana Christinson is a traditional Ashtanga practitioner, trained by Tim Miller and authorized by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and Sharath Rangaswamy at the 2nd level at the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in Mysore, India.
