Laura Waite

Laura, Certified Massage Therapist, attended the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy in Playa Samara.  She completed 540 hours of school and clinic work, graduating in 2007.  Laura specialized in deep tissue and coconut oil massages, using her intuition to adapt to the needs of each client.

As a light body worker, Laura connects with a pure light energy source to guide her during the massage sessions.  By inviting in the light, she blends with the client’s energy field to assist them in their healing process.  She combines deep tissue release techniques with nurturing Swedish massage strokes to direct the chi-energy flow to the areas that need assistance.  Honoured to be a facilitator, Laura recognizes that each individual is their own best healer.

Laura is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher; she offers private and semi-private yoga sessions.

Laura is available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays by appointment only.  Gift certificates are available for purchase.

Peter Larsen

Peter Larsen has been a bodyworker for over 25 years, in particular, a Certified Practitioner of Hellerwork Structural Integration, a deep tissue therapy emphasizing alignment, balance, ease of movement, relief of chronic tension and pain, and increased vitality.

Since 1985, Peter has offered the standard Hellerwork Series, as well as customized programs, advanced work, and maintenance "tune-up" sessions.  Peter also has trained in other massage techniques such as deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and lymphatic drainage, etc, and has working experience in medical, chiropractic, and spa environments. Currently in private practice in Orange County, he works with men and women of all ages, walks of life, and physical situations, by appointment.  Peter offers consultations for those interested in the Hellerwork SI series, and welcomes questions.  He is also available for speaking and offers movement workshops periodically.  Gift certificates and references are available upon request.

Tony Kovacs

Dr. Tony Kovacs, a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast in Australia, brings over 27 years of experience combining expertise in Chinese Medicine, Naturopathic Medicine, Natural Therapies, Nutrition and Cranial Sacral to Pacific Ashtanga. 

Dr. Kovacs’ philosophy combines 20+ years of clinical practice with a deep advanced understanding of homeopathic medicine and the integrated use of osteopathy, nutrition, herbal medicine, Chinese medicine and sacro cranial techniques to insure overall health, wellness and alignment.  He holds numerous advanced degrees in areas of Pathology, Physiology, Acupuncture, Naturopathic and Homeopathic Medicine and Cranial Osteopathy.  Dr. Kovacs practices holistic medicine, which involves using all of the tools at his disposal to address all aspects of a client’s needs to insure an optimal combination of physical and mental well-being.
