It can be hard to navigate the world of Nutrition with so many different trends and fads thrown our way. With one person’s food potentially being another person’s poison let’s be honest food is personal. ‘Snack time with Chloe’ is an opportunity to debunk some of the myths out there, take a close look at some of the common fads and highlight the facts leaving some good food for thought. Each session will be themed and we will be serving some delicious healthy snacks and giving you the recipes to take home.
