After all that wonderful and often indulgent holiday time your spirit animal may be more of a sloth rather than a stallion… Do not worry all of this is fixable! Whether you want to trim down or just keep on track a gentle detox will be perfect to give your system a break and reset leaving you energized, vibrant and ready to make the most out of 2020.
When detoxing it is vital to take the time of year into account as food energetics play an important role in keeping you balanced. During winter it is optimal to eat warming seasonal foods that will preserve your body’s metabolic state.
To tap into those wonderful benefits we will detox together for 2 weeks, starting January 5th (you can always purchase the detox and start in your own time). The first part of the week will be gently detoxing your body by eating simpler plant based foods. Half way through we will move into our 3 day liquid cleanse. Over 3 days we will eat easily digestible but still nourishing liquid foods allowing the body to reset, lighten up, reduce inflammation and strengthen the digestive system. We will then move back into eating vibrant solid foods leaving the body feeling energized and revitalized.

(menu can be personalized at added cost) Shopping list + all ingredients needed for each meal Detox protocol and self care tips Detox start meeting at Pacific Health and Wellness with support meetings throughout the 2 weeks. Daily meetings after morning Yoga during the cleanse. Email support and a dedicated facebook group allowing you to connect with the other detoxers!
