Social and Emotional Learning through Yoga, Mindful Breathing, Songs, Games and Stories

This class is designed to support your young child in building resilience and life-long coping skills. Through intentional songs, stories, discussions and games, children build their emotional literacy skills and develop a greater understanding of how to recognize, label and reflect on their feelings. Through playful yoga and mindful breathing, children gain tools to help them regulate those strong emotions as they arise throughout the day.
