Join us for a celebration of community and the New Year at one of our favorite Shala traditions- The Annual Holiday Potluck! This will be our first year we rejoice in the wonder of BOTH vibrant communities- Pacific Ashtanga Yoga Shala AND Pacific Health and Wellness Center! Let us gather in love, light and gratitude as we celebrate letting go of that which no longer serves us and leaning in to new possibilities in 2020. Please bring a healthy snack or beverage to share! We hope you will join us in celebrating our expanding community. All are welcome at this family-friendly event!
